• Front, Nikon or Canon female lens adapter snap-locks onto your camera lens.
• Includes 2 optional spacer rings which increase the possible focus range. Each camera may require 0, 1 or 2 spacers to reach focus using Camera Quarks.
• Camera Quarks ship with a vixen style dovetail foot, which allows the lens, filter and camera to mount onto a tripod. The foot also offers 2 photo spaced 1/4×20 threaded tripod mounting holes.
• Includes 90-240VAC wall adapter with international plug adapters.
• Tuning knob allows wing shifting +/- 0.5Ã with detents at every 0.1Å LED indicator for power, warming, ready, fault.

In 2025, Astronaut, Don Pettit flew in Space on the International Space Station with a custom wavelength Daystar Filters Gemini filter. Don used on-station Nikon lenses and a camera with infrared blocking filter removed in order to image the sun in NIR near infrared. His experiment was designed to study Oxygen and Nitrogen in the sun’s atmosphere. The experiment and operation were successful and the “Space Gemini” has been returned to earth, still in operable condition. Don hopes to fly with the unit (or another similar unit) again on his next mission.
